Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email within 60 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your Smileactives products, including any used or empty containers, into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using your preferred tracked carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
